About Kelby Hutcheson, MD
Kelby Hutcheson, MD is an interventional pain management physician at the Carolinas Center for Advanced Management of Pain. He is board certified in both anesthesiology and pain medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology, and he has been in practice for over 10 years.
Dr. Hutcheson received most of his medical training in the region, attending medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina, where he graduated in 2001. He stayed at the university to complete his residency, then earned a fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta.
As a pain management specialist, Dr. Hutcheson helps patients minimize and control their chronic pain and return to full function while making every effort to limit or eliminate potential side effects. He treats each patient as an individual, customizing a treatment plan designed specifically to address their unique needs.
Dr. Hutcheson works in all six Carolinas Center for Advanced Management of Pain office locations, but he sees most of his patients in the Columbia, South Carolina office.
