About Y. Eugene Mironer, MD
Eugene Mironer, MD is an interventional pain management physician at the Carolinas Center for Advanced Management of Pain. He is board certified in both anesthesiology and pain management and has over 38 years of medical experience.
Originally from Russia, Dr. Mironer attended medical school at the Moscow Medical School, where he graduated with honors in 1980. Upon arriving in the United States, he completed his residency training at the University of Massachusetts in Worcester, followed by a fellowship at the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.
Dr. Mironer treats pain with a wide range of minimally invasive techniques, such as injection therapies, radiofrequency ablation, and spinal cord stimulation. He often combines these treatments with medication management, all with the goal of enabling patients to return to a pain-free lifestyle.
Dr. Mironer primarily sees patients in Spartanburg, South Carolina, but he also works with patients at the Gastonia and Asheville offices in North Carolina, as well as the South Carolina offices in Greenville, Columbia, and Anderson.
